Online Store – Australian Residents
We accept payment either by direct deposit into our bank account or by credit card via our third-party payment gateway provider, Stripe. Payment must be received in full for any order to be processed and shipped. We will notify you immediately if we are unable to despatch your order. Our pricing on this website is in Australian dollars including Goods and Services tax (GST), currently levied at 10%.
Online Store – International Residents
Buyers residing outside Australia are directed to purchase electronic versions of our products, where they exist. Shipping to destinations outside Australia is limited and may only be made using direct deposit to cover the purchase and shipping costs. Please Contact Us to determine eligibility. Where eligible, we do not charge for any item until it is ready to be shipped. We will notify you immediately if we are unable to despatch your order.
Customs & Duties
Safety Futures Limited does not have any control or influence on customs duties or import tax charged when a delivery arrives in the destination country. These additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer placing the order, including those receiving books as a participant on one of our online programs.
Book Returns
You may seek a refund if the goods you receive are not as ordered. Please Contact Us to advise there is an issue. We will then seek a digital image of the goods delivered and notification whether you want a refund or the original goods to be shipped. If you elect to have the correct goods shipped, we will do so at our cost. If you elect to receive a refund, we will endeavour to do so within 14 working days.
We cannot accept any liability for goods damaged during shipping or after the goods have been delivered to your specified location. Issues of this nature need to be addressed to the shipping company.
Where the shipping company returns the goods to us because they have been unable to agree satisfactory delivery or collection arrangements with you, the goods will only be re-shipped once we receive payment for the additional shipping charges.
